I just read in the Washington Post about how G-rated or PG-rated films (without sex) generate double the revenue as R-rated films. I thought it was interesting. Good luck to everyone involved in this project.

Id take that statistic with a grain of salt since most g movies are attended by kids along with their parents.

Add another grain of salt when considering that nearly every independent film is R-rated, watering down the average with films that are not widely released and produce virtually no revenue.
Just about all the G and PG flics are released nationwide on the same day and well-marketed too.
