So it's for the blight of dogkind that is neutering that that crotch shot was for, because you can tell from many shots in the movie that Lenny hasn't personally been castrated, but what does Panky have to do with the emasculation of his canine brethren? That one liner would had made sense if it was Bob Barker or some vet who worked with Wagner and had foreshadowed the idea of that he gets off by mutilating animals (Spoilers for Django Unchained) like the guy in Django Unchained who was fixing to geld Django deserved that shot to the crotch for threatening his manhood and taking such sadistic pleasure in it, that isn't the case here, Panky and to a lesser extent Hanky didn't deserve those crotch shots they're just hired goons
