Not to burst your bubble but on the real show she didnt move her nose either it was her upper lip.
shareWhen I was a kid watching this show, I thought she was just wiggling her mouth too. It wasn't till years later I got that she was supposed to be wiggling her nose but it never looked that way.

Liz Montgomery "twitched her nose" in Bewitched by twitching her upper lip (and the nose followed). When they were trying to come up with a motion to show she was using her powers, her husband (and show producer) told her to do what she does when she's nervous. She didn't know what he meant and told him to point it out to her when she did it again. She did, he did, and that was the birth of the Samantha Twitch.
