Why did Batman attack the Predator?

Predator saved him from Alien, so why did Batman throw a batarang on him?
It doesn't make any sense.
Predator would have probably attacked Bats anyway, but why did Batman reacted the way he did - attacking at random?
And no, don't tell me it was because he was scared/surprised to sa an alien life form.

I'm guessing that the predator did not change his posture. He appeared ready to attack Batman.

because Batman thought that he killed the Alien. Whoever kills, for what reason it might be, has to be brought to justice by Batman.

I'm sorry, but that makes no sense.
Imagine Batman in a jungle.
Now, imagine that an angry jaguar attacks Batman, wanting to eat him.
However, an arrow flies and kills the jaguar.
We see that it was killed by a native tribesman, with a bow.
Now, that tribesman is a cannibal, and wants to eat Batman.
However, Batman doesn't know that.

So, what do you think Batman would do:
a) slowly walk towards that tribesman, trying to find a way to communicate with him?
or
b) immediately throw a batarang towards the tribesman, to bring him to justice, for killing the poor jaguar?

hmm. recapitulating it now, I think you're right. Maybe someone else will bring along a good explanation sometime.
