Have to give it up for Jeff...

I didn’t particularly like 13 Seconds, there were a lot of elements that were passable. For the budget I think it was a fine piece of work, the acting and writing unfortunately influenced my rating for the movie, the production value was much better then expecting. I do give Jeff kudos for completing the film and getting it distributed, though it was back in early 2000 which means not everyone and their brother was making movies and now days much harder to get distribution, I am sure it was just as difficult to get a national distribution back then. I do think Jeff has some talent, if be in producing or public relations and I think he should proceed in that direction however his writing and acting should be left untouched.
Overall I would have to give the movie a 2 out of 10, I think the length was a bad choice, this could have easily been shorted to 72 mins and still be distributed as a feature.
I wish Jeff the best of luck and would love to see a progression in his work.
