What do some of the contestants shout before they start a challenge?

Ok so it's been bugging me forever - sometimes before a contestant starts a challenge they raise one arm and shout something really fast into the camera that sounds like, well, the only way I can describe it as is something like this 'Ton carey mass!'. A lot of women usually say it. What does it mean? What is the actual phrase and spelling? I must know this before I die!! Please help! lol
