Bo Selecta .... not funny anymore

I am a long time Leigh Francis fan and have enjoyed his work for the Paramount channel, his bits on Popworld and the 1st series of Bo Selecta but as with Trigger Happy TV (which also started as little tiny skits on the paramount channel back when it was actually quite good) Bo Selecta is now telling the same old jokes over and over again.

I always hoped Leigh would at some point include Barry Gibson (one of his earlier creations) in Bo Selecta but i guess he wanted to move onto better and brighter things and that is now exactly what he should do before everyone hates the show (although it might be too late for that).

I just hope he can come back with something new and not make another series of Bo Selecta as it started to go downhill after the first series, even creations i used to love make me cringe when i see how unfunny they have become whilst telling the same joke over and over.

Please Leigh leave well enough alone and do something new

Even 2DTV has become boring to watch. When I first saw it I thought it was hilarious. I think that comedians should know when a good thing should come to an end. They should go out on a high. (Not take the Ali G path)

I thought Bo selecta 1 and 2 were fabulous but the writing for Bo Selecta 3 is terrible. There are about 4 different scenes that made me laugh in about 6-7 episodes. Every week its the same with Michael Jackson, Mel B and Craig Davis is boring too. It doesn't seem right that the celebrities know who he is now. It was much better when they all thought he was some weird dude they didn't know. I met Leigh Francis briefly in America last November and I went up to him and told him that I think that he and his show are really cool. If I had seen him after Bo Selecta 3 was made, I don't think that I would have bothered!!

Still I know he is a talented writer and a incredible performer, so I too want to see him do something else.

I tink bo selecta 3 is even better than the first 2 seriessss.
Especially the muppet cocknose and michael jackson and craig david tryin to break america...again...ooh, ooh, and kat slater; theyre all great.
