Extended version.

Currently Russian Channel 1 is showing the extended (~4 hours) version of the movie. Makes a lot more sense, plus the bad guy is not the same(!).

Actually, I found the extended version to be worse than the theatrical cut. I bet it is better in book form, but as a movie it just doesn't work, IMO.
And the bad guy is the same! :-)

The bad guy is the same :).
Although, I must admit, this extended version pleased me well enough. I enjoyed discovering cut details about the movie.
