Is this seriously THE Kevin Smith who has gotten together with Rohmer? Not that I think its a bad thing. It's just I've heard of odd couples, but this seems to be truly out there.

Its a reach. It reminds me of how in school people tried to compare Holden Caulfield of "Catcher in the Rye" with Huckleberry Finn because they were alienated from the society around them.
