Song in the movie and at the end credits

Watched Sugar again tonight, still really like it-it's such an oddball, darkly funny little movie. Anyone know the song played second in the end credits though? A snippet of it is played in one of the scenes where Cliff is lying on his bed in he middle of the movie, but played more in full as the credits are ending. Lyrics are something about "ghost, coast" something; but oddly I don't think it was any of the songs listed in the credits itself. Any clue?
