This movie is a good example of why gays should just stay the hell in the closet.. it's like an infomercial about why homosexuality is wrong..

No lesbians are cool. naked girl + naked girl = lots of fun.
naked guy + naked guy = VD, gross sex, drug use, violence, etc..

Have you ever seen OZ on HBO? more proof that a bunch of naked guys together means bad things happen...

So, if you watch a movie about a divorced couple who hate each other's guts, does that mean that straight people shouldn't get married?

This movie does not encompass the WHOLE gay community, just like you don't encompass the whole straight community. We aren't all narrow-minded bigots, like you. So, if you don't like it happening in front of you, don't *beep* look. It's that simple.

A divorced couple who hates each other is a wee bit different than some confused teen having sex with stangers, taking drugs, prostituting himself.. etc. etc.

and I'd love to not look.. unfortunately it's prancing in front of my face...and everyone's... on a daily basis.

In any case, it's that person's life whether you like it or not. It's their body, not yours, they can do with it what they like... even if it means destroying it.

you're a dumbass.
there are plenty of confused STRAIGHT teenagers who are equally promiscuous, having sex with strangers, doing equally hardcore drugs, and also prostituting themselves.
so what's your point?
that behavior isn't typical of the gay community,
nor is it typical of the straight community.

so quit making stereotypes.

Aside from the obvious points that have already been made regarding a film not being representative of an entire community, I just wanted to point out that the terrible things that happen are in part because of the pressures placed on homosexuals to stay in the closet in the first place. Being told you're essentially unwelcome in the larger community leads to this sort of underground, subversive culture where things like drugs and violence are so prevalent.

Gays who have grown up accepting their sexuality and feeling accepted by others rarely venture into this territory.

Well, Crazy, if you're really interested this could help make you sane--5 random examples of the dozens of available filmed projects about why homosexuality is right. Of course, they're probably not nearly as tempting as seeing Brendan Fehr and co. nekkid and doing drugs, but they're worth checking out to gain a fair perspective before making judgements about people:
