Diffrence between rated and unrated versions? *SPOILERS*

I just recently bought the Rated R version and i have seen the unrated version and the only diffrence i saw was in the Sex Scene(rape scene) the rape scene is there just not all of it...thats the only diffrence i saw other then that it was the same. The limo scene witht the naked guys is in it and the trans girl showing her boobs is in there too.
