This movie looks good...

I hope there are werewolves in it, 'cause I haven't seen any in a while!

Bush in 2004!

This movie IS REALLY GOOD. I had the opportunity to watch it at Malaga Festival, Spain. I can assure you there is a werewolf... and one of the best and longest trasformation of the cinema history. ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!

reply

Cool! I can't wait to see it, though I probably will. Wait, that is. I have no idea of when it's released in Sweden.

Dear DeathRingOwner:

Please refrain from making posts in which you give away the surprise of the film being discussed. You might have noted in the Imdb guidelines when they asked you not to do so without announcing clearly that the post has spoilers in it. If you felt like being really nice, you could go and edit your post accordingly...

"oh shut up"
Oh DAMN! You just gave me the SMACK DOWN! I guess I'd best do what you say and get to shuttin up.

"the only reason anyone sees this movie is because of the 'word of mouth' advertising it gets because of the transformation scene"
You would be... wrong. I suspect you may be used to that, being wrong. Even if you can't figure it out yourself. It doesn't MATTER why someone wants to see it, it's not for you to decide what is worthy of watching for others. Users of this site expect to be able to review information about it without unannounced spoilers. It's part of the basic etiquette here. A little less ignorance would serve you well.

"it has the worst, dry, boring acting in it and it would prolly get a 2 average instead of the 5 it has now if not for that one nod to horror fans.... the rest of the movie is like really crappy bbc drama"
So what? It doesn't excuse unannounced spoilers. So even if it does suck... you're wrong.

Hello!

I have to agree that the transformation scene, which would have been great in a good movie, does absolutely nothing to save the fact that this is a really, really, really, really, really baaaaaad movie!

Why? Because there is simply no suspense about it. And it is low budget, you can feel it is produced by some European TV company, that kind of thing, so typical for why European cinema has gone to hell.

Actually, the transformation scene is not the part you want to see again. It's the one where the girl is in the tub and you get a little T&A from a really hot model-looking chick. Her acting in general sucks, but she is super hot, she makes most Hollywood vixens look ugly!

reply

I agree. Really awful. Even the T&A cant save this mess.

But at least I know what to do when I get insomnia from now on. This is so boring, so damn dull its a sure thing to put me to sleep in ten minutes.

How do you like your brandy, sir?
In a glass.

Just thought I'd point out that the movie poster for this movie looks exactly like the poster for Brotherhood of the Wolf. Not to say I didn't like this movie but it was trying to attract the same movie goers.

Man, I saw this movie sitting in a pawn shop yesterday, I didn't buy it, instead I bought "The Mangler Reborn", which was good, but TMR had the trailer for this movie on it... I knew I had to get it, so I go today, the dvd is still there... so I thought, I grab it, open it up... someone stole the *beep* disc... DAMNIT!!! I wanna see this movie!!! Elsa Pataky... yummm...

while not posessing the most coherent of plots, this movie did have one thing going for it: some bad-ass special effects makeup. Everytime I looked up at the screen there seemed to be something more disgusting...ie; the people-soap, the corpses in the mourge...

reply

Peeing on the floor was more fun.

Nothing is more beautiful than nothing.
