knife with rope attached to it, which can be tied to your body, during the dive. In this type of movies, they all end up dropping the knife in some stressful situation. And that is predictable and annoying in the end.

p.s. I didn't do any research before typing this :) So excuse me if I am wrong, if there are already that sort of knifes produced.
