Lily and James

Granted, there was nothing in the books either about it. Unless JKR has mentioned something on Pottermore, I don't follow that. But I've always been a bit bummed that all we really get is that James was a jerk but grew out of it. Would've been nice if we'd somehow gotten a flashback or a secondhand story that gave a specific of how/when he changed his ways and got into Lily's good graces. Because he really wasn't just rambunctious, he was a bully, and she didn't seem the type to just write that off.
