Obligatory 'Things I Learned' Thread

1. Broken legs are only sometimes problematic.
2. Dirt bikes go forever on one tank of gas.
3. Hot chicks are practically Evel Knievel on a dirt bike.
4. Listen to the Sheriff or you will go up in flames.
5. Listen to the Sheriff and you won't go up in flames.
6. Going up in flames will kill you pretty quickly if you're a punk.
7. Going up in flames while falling down a mine shaft will NOT hurt you if you're a crazed redneck looking for revenge against the Sheriff.
8. Nothing makes people hot for each other like limping together through a burning mine on two broken legs.
9. The paramedics like to wait off camera so you can limp over to them on two broken legs.
10. Anyone can do anything if their friends are yelling "Do it! Just do it! You can do it!" at them. Even on two broken legs.
11. When danger is imminent, it's a good idea to stop and talk tensely about the imminent danger, and how you must, simply must, get through this. Don't do anything about the imminent danger until everyone agrees (tensely) that we must, simply must, get through this.
