It has to be said that this film is a serious PoS (piece of ....). Japanese live-action sci-fi films are complete crap. The caliber of acting is extrememly poor and the CGI is amateur at best. Very sad....Japanese film makers need to stick to anime until they can be on par with foreign films.

On and extra note these femmy J boys trying to come off as toughs is a complete laugh. I laugh at them everyday on the train too... little makeup wearing poofs.

It came out a couple of years ago. You can find a copy of it
if you look hard enough over the net. I've got a bootleg of
it. It's actually better than Devilman though I thought
Casshern was Ok in parts. If you like cheese that is.

The films aren't that great, but their live action sci-fi TV shows are really good. Kamen Rider, Garo, and Sh15uya to name a few.
