Evil Batman/Superman Comic name?

I remember a part in the documentary wherein a comic book series or graphic novel showcased an alternative universe where Batman and Superman had problems and hated each other.....Tony Stark had a major drinking problem....stuff like that. Most of the classic comic book hereos were revealed to have major problems in this alternate universe. Does any remember this part in the documentary and what the title/author of the comic series was?
