Who is it?

I've been wondering that myself. Google searches keep turning up Wucler III, not Jr.

It's Sam McMurray. Not difficult to find, really.

The revision history of that very page you linked indicates his voice actor was edited in on June 17th. The op made this thread on June 4th, I made my response the same day.

So, no, at the time, prior to to your post, prior to June 17th, it was not easy to find. I already indicated Google searches turned up III, not Jr. And I'm fairly certain the op did the same thing, hence making a thread to find the answer.
