Would Huey be considered a "domestic terrorist" if he were real?

Even at his age? He didn't seem as much of a "domestic terrorist" but more of a kid who may have been more socially and politically conscious than desired in a satirized/sensationalized America (maybe I didn't watch enough episodes though), although the show somehow never seemed too far from reality imo.

I never understood the "domestic terrorist" label either. Unless it's shocking white people by telling them the "truth" about things like Ronald Reagan being The Devil and 9-11 being an inside job.
