Never mentioned Beach Haven

I enjoyed the movie. However, viewers are led to believe that all of the attacks occurred in Matawan New Jersey.

Actually the first attack occurred in Beach Haven New Jersey. The movie did accurately state that the attack was by the Engleside Hotel they just failed to state it was in Beach Haven NJ
