This is the season 2 episode where the sister of Antonio's ex-wife (and mother of two small children) is kidnapped. Who played the sister who was kidanpped (or what was the character's name)?

Also, at the beginning of the show there's a sequence where Antonio and Nicole tell Jess about this FBI psychiatrist they've both been seeing whose described as a "hot blond with a killer bod" or something like that. Did that character (the psychiatrist) appear later in the episode or in later episodes? Seems an odd thing to throw in to the plot and not do anything with.
