Where do I get the theme song? (Season Ratings)

Alrighty, I can't find the lyrics, but what I really want is an actual downloadable version of "This Dream is Real" or a CD which it is on. I am not a fan of "Til I Find You" by Kina, but the Gloria Reuben song is awesome. Where do I get it? As well, does N E body know if SEASON ONE is comming out on DVD or just season 2? (I like season 1 way better!)
Season 1: 10/10
Season 2: 5/10
Season 3 (so far): 7-8/10
