Quick Question

I just added this to my Netflix queue and wanted to learn more about it so came here. My question is this, why is Vivica A Fox on the cover on here but when it was coming on (only at the opening credits at the moment), they didn't show her or her name at all and the cover on Netflix is that of a folder with "Missing" on it. Just wondering, can someone explain nicely?
