Harry murdered the orderly

This was a very weird movie with a convoluted plot and even more ridiculous subplots. In one scene, RDJ’s character Harry - the hero in the film - murders an orderly while trying to threaten him via Russian roulette to give up some information on the evil CEO of the mental health facility. At the time of the killing, the orderly had given up and was no longer a threat. It might have been manslaughter but more likely depraved heart murder. It goes unpunished and by the end of the movie, Harry has killed four or five others.
