Reading the best lines

Just discovered this movie. It's on a lot of "best of" and "favorite" type lists and decided to give it a try. LOVED the opening credits ! I even know that the title is a Pauline Kael book of movie reviews. Realized that it was a spoof of detective pictures etc. Watched it. Cringed a lot. Came here and read the threads and found one with "favorite lines". They are really funny here where they are "bleeped" and "#$@#!#@"ed. I KNOW that the swearing was supposed to be over-the-top (yes, I caught the apology to the mid-west) but .. Cripes ! Can't the writers be more imaginitive than the constant bleep-able bleep-able bleep ?
Anyway .. just wanted to have my say and will ignore any flaming that comes my way so don't bother =) Have a nice day 😊

The movie was full of kids on lawns too. What's with kids these days?
