...it sounded too much like Spike's New Yawk films. He seems to have a serious California phobia. Good acting all around though and to see a former sex bomb like Judy Pace play a bed ridden granny was quite the coup. I think SHOWTIME felt that it really wasn't ready to take on THE SHIELD and THE WIRE and Spike wasn't committing to be a on board producer(ready to run a tight ship on the production).

I watched it for the first time last night on DVD. I think it was a really cool movie. I thought Ken Leung put on a great performance as Lincoln. I think it would have made a good series if they ran with it.
