Life Changing? In what ways?

I see alot of people comment that they found this film life changing. I was wondering exactly what they got from it that made it so.

I really got a lot out of the part where the priest tells the suicidal man that he must ASK for forgiveness before he can move on, and that asking someone for forgiveness, rather than just telling them repeatedly how sorry you are, causes them to be holy for a moment. I've found that this really does have a different effect than simply saying you're sorry.

Indeed it does :)

-Goodnight, mother of six!
-Goodnight, father of two!

It changed my life totally. I was going to have a tubal ligation and even though the doctors told me that men don't HAVE tubal ligations, they have vasectomies, I was adamant about having a tubal ligation instead. I thought it might be pretty cool. But after seeing this movie, I realized that I'd rather just buy a car with the money I made selling my sperm and drive down to Tucson and kick it there for the winter.
