I'd say... one of the better low-budget clown movies...

far better than any of those other clown movies like "fear of clowns" and "mr. jingles"

but I won't say it's a good movie; decent at the most. yeah, it's boring after a while, but the atmosphere and music are great. the clowns are okay, and the acting is so-so. okay, maybe a little worse than "so-so". But hey, i think they did a good job. i sincerely tip my hats to them :)
