The kid who died
They mention in the movie that there was a kid in that school (whom we never get to see) that died. How did he die?

Can't you guess? He hated conditions at the school and feeling imprisoned there that much.
shareAccording to the subtitles, the deceased boy had severely injured the former supervisor who was leaving at the beginning of film (he flashed his arm scars). Apparently, the boy was very disturbed and suicidal...probably for numerous reasons that started before he entered the boy's school. We can extrapolate that his mental condition was made worse by the tyrannical practices of the principal.
