Looking for an animation

I caught the animation show once on TV and I can't find one of the shorts shown. Mostly sure it was for the animation show, though could've been on a similar show aired before it.

It had an animated head singing some song whilst transforming and doing other odd things (such as going inside out at one point)

Anyone remember this or know where I can find it? It's not on the volumen one or two DVDs...
