is there supposed to be a booklet with the Queer Duck: The Movie DVD?

I just picked up the DVD at a flea market for a buck (a former Blockbuster Video rental), and there isn't a DVD booklet although the plastic clamps on the inside left case are there. Does anyone here who bought this brand new know if it came with a booklet?
