BA customer service, NYC apartment?

Well, the film is unrealistic in many respects.

it looks as though she came from money judging by her family's lifestyle. one can always get a little help. but movies set in nyc always seem to give us an unrealistic view of these great apartments in which people live. but hey, it's a cute movie, so who cares?

I excused it by looking at how her family seems rich.
