I totally agree... extremely entertaining.
The dialogues were so incredibly great and witty... amazingly realistic. The plot was nice... but not very surprising.
The director's role was simply a classic.

I walked into this rental with the hopes of something quirky and funny. Since mainstream comedy tends to be the same old jokes, I always hope that something (relatively) indie will be offbeat and refreshing without being too amateur and immature. This surprised me. I was fully prepared to have to turn it off after 3 minutes, but I didn't. I watched the whole thing with my wife and we were very entertained. I wouldn't say it was hilarious, but the quality of the performances and the writing caught me off guard. Jonathan Liebert (the writer/director) obviously put a lot of effort into making this clever and funny, and I tip my hat to him. I noticed that the film he made after this one has currently achieved a 6.8 IMDB rating; I think it's very clear this guy (and whoever his relationships are with those who help/inspire him) is really trying to bring something good to the table, and that should be encouraged. If you're not timid about sex, I'm sure you'll get a kick out of Sex Sells. Oh yeah, you'll even learn some fun and even educational film trivia as well.
And no, I was not involved in the production of this in any way! I just really enjoyed it!
Dayam. Some folks are really hatin on this well done spoof. It was good for a few laughs, had a halfway decent plot to boot -- what more do you want? No, it's not Cecil B DeMille's "The Ten Commandments", but so what? I've seen a lot worse in my life. (I've seen a lot better as well. But for what it is, it's well done, IMO.)
