A very enjoyable film

I am so suprised that no-one has started a thread on this film. When I saw the empty board, I had to post something.

Last night, my girlfriend and I went to the video store to rent something out. We were looking for something quite lighthearted, but then something grey caught my eye, and I realised that this blockbuster had a couple of artificial eye DVD's available to rent. This film particularly sounded good. When I turned over and read the back, the words "this film has been compared to the work of Malick and Tarkovsky". At that point I was sold and so we rented it out. I have to say that I was really impressed with the film.

The director has done a fantastic job, and some of the cinematography has to be seen to be believed. There were so many beautiful shots and, and the camera movement and shot composition utterly sublime. Watch this film!

I agree, the cinematography gave a very good feel for the location, i could feel the temperature and smell the air. The film was fly on the wall believable. A very enjoyable film!
