....why?

A lot of stuff bugged me about this movie, but one thing really rubbed me the wrong way: why did they ruin Ogthar?

The books made Ogthar out to be a horrid being, something of both worlds, kinda like the Minotaur of Greek mythology. But what did they do? They made him human! Now, I'll admit, Malcolm McDowell was awesome as his voice, but still...

I just lost interest in the movie after seeing that he was human. I haven't watched it since. I might give away my DVD copy to Half-Price Bookstore and at least get a little bit of money off it...

Anyhoo, I'm rambling. Anyone else dissapointed by Ogthar? Or any other part of this movie? Or this entire movie?

There is one terrifying word in the world of nuclear physics: Oops.

The cr@p that turned me off to thei movie was all the "you idiot!" comments.

I loved the movie and thought it was really great. I think this is because I grew up with it rather than seeing
it as an adult. The one thing that kind of bothered me was the old "frilled dilophosaurus" cliché (Spazz is a dilophosaurus). As much as I enjoy Jurassic Park, it turned one of the most underrated and underused dinosaurs into a Mario villain.
