If you don't get this movie...you are not human.

I don't care if you are Gay, Straight, Transgender or whatever. But, if you think this movie is stupid, idiotic, awful, non-sensical or plain out a waste of time. You missed the boat. This is one of those movies that comes around once in a while that makes you feel glad about being who you are and worthy of a loving and unconditional love.

As a GAY man, this movie is heartwarming and very uplifting, there are only a few other films I can think of that leave you feeling this way, "The Broken Hearts Club", "Almost Normal" , "Ordinary People" and "Mulligans". They are real films that touch on the most simplest core and the bain of existence. We are all people who deserve one thing.

LOVE.

The movie "Shelter" (with Brad Rowe and Trevor Wright) is great too. :)

Yeah, since transgenderism is a sexual orientation and stuff...

As a gay man, I can say this movie was awful. Just because its about gay men and has a tolerant message does not make up for the fact that it is terrible. Not really funny, confusing and poorly edited is how I would describe it. There are much better gay themed movies.

Yeah a lot of people didn't seem to "get" this movie. It's hilarious in some parts and has a lot of heart, something most movies these days are missing. Definitely one of the better gay themed films of the last decade. I would not rate it as high as "trick" though.

It was hilarious, but probably not your humor. Nothing was confusing. And go ahead, name better movies.

I loved this movie and can't believe I waited so long to watch it on netflix instant watch. "People who don't get it" are dull and uptight. It's as simple as that.

Do you copy and paste this on every website. Your sad excuse for a review was annoying enough when I saw it on hulu.

This movie sucked, get over yourself.

I remember seeing this movie when it came out theatrically, and as a gay man, I HATED IT. Parker Posey has a few very funny lines, but she is only in this flick for mere minutes from what I recall. Don't remember much else about it other than it was not engaging, poorly acted and miscast, and a complete waste of time.
