New viewer (Spoiler)

I just started watching this show last week on Showtime Family in the U.S. Yesterday's episode is the episode where Magda and Russel kiss. Today's episode is a follow up to that but tommorow's says it is about the girls starting a no boys club. That happened right after Russel stood Elle up. Is this s repeat or do they re-start the club because of what Russel did?
