Anybody here play DOTA? If yes, who's your favorite hero and why?

Hey man, DOTA is one of the best custom maps out there. At first I didn't like it since one needs to get to know the right combination of items and recipes but now I just really enjoy playing it against my friends.
I think all the heroes are great, although some have better spells than others. I prefer the Bone Fletcher, effective, fast, and can easily escape if health is low. As for close combat my favourite would be the Torren, I just like his wall stun...really scary for some enemies hehe!

Right DOTA is great for hero playing, but .... Playing Footmen vs Grunts has great hero usage and a huge advantage in that Troops are a big part of the game. If you don't buy troops right you get crushed. I don't understand why people would rather play DOTA then Footmen vs Grunts. Footmen vs Grunts is much better and more well rounded in my opinion.
