The tag on keyword for this film says there is a Transsexual in at and gay sex? Are any of those elements important to the film or just a random scene like in a club or something?

It is a random scene taking place at some house apartment

actually the one scene is very relevant to the story. if the scene was cut out or not conceived in the writing, the actions of a few of the characters would not make as much sense.
