All the actors seem to be Spanish- is this subtitled?

No actor is spainsh here..

Brian Yuzna is notoriously know for making movies in Spain, etc..

That's probably because he lives there, buddy. He moved to Barcelona several years ago and works for a production company called Filmax.

i have seen this movie alot of spanish people but it's all in english no dubbing

Where did you see it? I actually worked on it - chek the full cast for my name - Lon Breedlove (special effects). But I have never seen it yet - I moved out of Spain before they premiered it. Is it at blockbuster?

It's a Spanish movie i believe. Not sure about the actors. But Ivana Baquero (little girl in the film) is Spanish, she is from Barcelona in Spain and went to a Americanize school for English in Spain. She plays the young girl in Pans Labyrinth.
