Pluto just dissapeared when Pete hit Mickey, knocking him out. I mean, what the hell????

And then he's there when Goofy is carrying Donald down to the dock to go to the bad guy place. I know...I assume he ran when Pete knocked out Mickey...and somehow found the other two.
