I can give you two:
1) The bunnies hopping around in a psychedelic background while "Wannabe" plays on the karaoke. (Per The Last Waltz: THIS SCENE SHOULD BE PLAYED LOUD!)
2) The Runt falling in love with a newly-changed Foxy Loxy while the aliens are fixing up Oakey Oaks. (I've gone bonkers for her after a few airings!)

A close second is Buck trying to communicate with Kirby.
the first tihng to make me laugh in this movie when i first saw it was the very beginning as CL was ringing the bell and saying "The Sky is falling the sky is faling!" and you see a mother rabbit tending to her baby in a stroller, then she hears CL and freaks out so she grabs the baby's hand and out come like 30 babies all hand in hand...
after that...any moment with Kirby cuz he is just so gosh darn cute!
and then Fish out of Water moments were pretty funny, especially when he was toying with the part of the space ship..
why didnt they put the part where Buck Cluck is like "Son, I have to tell you something...in about 3 seconds I'm going to scream like a little girl" in the movie...cause at first i thought i missed it...but there really isn't any good place they'd put that...i wonder what happened.

Any scene with Morkubine Porcupine in it--especially when he sees the spaceships and says, "Whoa." Also the scene where a puffer fish is driving a car (which has a bowl of water that he sits in to drive) and he puffs up. (This part is also in the previews.) The ending, with everyone singing and dancing to "Don't Go Breaking My Heart", is cute because it has so many characters in it--even the ones with smaller roles (like the guy in the acorn costume who cheers at the game). A lot of times, it's those minor characters that provide some of the best moments. (BTW, Morkubine is on my desktop right now! I downloaded the pic on a website that has a bunch of pics from the movie.)
I also love Kirby and his parents. So cute!

Those were my favorite parts as well, OP. And I especially liked the officer's "scary" comment, after Runt and Foxy sings "Lollipop" togheter.
I liked the "One Little Slip" sequence and when the class is reading up words in the sheep language.
The dodgeball part, and the sound of it when she hits the warthog. It was the perfect dodgeball sound, it brought back memories.
