I regret watching this movie and cheated. I will not recommend anyone to watch this stupid movie, it's a waste time and money. Everything about this movie sucks to the core. From the script to the visual effects to the acting, it sucks i tell you all. Why in the hell did they do this movie???!!!...Dont watch this movie, you'll regret it after it finish and walking out from the cinema feel cheated and mad.

I had absolutely no intentions of watching this movie. I found the title by accident, and just looked it up on IMDB to see what is said about it, or to learn anything about it.
Now that I have read your post, I definitely want to see it. I have a feeling that this was your intention anyway, you must be a fan of the film.

I agree with you Trypt. Now i want to see this movie. But ok, i will lower my expectations and if it's a bad movie, maybe i'll not be that disappointed... Anyway, nowadays my expectations on all new releases are pretty low.
I mean, even big releases like Superman Returns get's chopped by the ankles.
Too many movies produced + not enough ideas = too many duplicates. More quality, less quantity.

shareits horrible. i was bored and decide to watch thismovie. i end up laughing each time someone got killed ( with the famous mouth tearing method). teh EFX was carp but i dont mind that. i kinda like old schooleffect, but the editing and acting was too *beep* waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!

I watched this movie tonight. I rented it simply because my sister insisted on a "scary" movie and Hastings was out of everything else (what else can you expect at 8:00 on a Friday night?).
I agree that this movie was not very good. We decided it was going to be stupid in the first scene after the town was flooded. It was like bad porn acting.
Watch it if you must but seriously, save your money and wait for all the returns on Saturday morning.

I thought it was better than some of Sci Fi's recent offerings. It had high production qualities.
The only non-believable part was the book still intact after being underwater for 40 years. Check your brain at the door for that part.
Or you could just go to the shop earlier on friday. Just kiddin mate, I actually think it's pretty good though, am watching it now. I gotta admit though, the acting is ropey, kinda bad porn-ish.

The only reason I ever thought about watching this movie was because of the title. But I regret ever renting it. If I knew it was this bad, I would've payed NOT to see it.

omg this WAS the stupidest movie ever lol throughout the whole movie I was predicting what would happen next, and I yelled "Oh, COME ON" at least fifty times. no offense to the writers n all, but this movie sucked, they could've made it soo much better if they had tried...
