Questions for fans of 'Big Chuck and Lil' John'...
During the '80's, "Chuck and John" would frequently do comedy sketches wherein they (or other performers) would "lip-sync" to comedy record albums.
I would like to find two particular sketches on "You-Tube" and/or play portions of the original albums for my wife, but I can't seem to find them. I'm not sure what the album titles are.
The first one involved a Ronald Reagan impersonator. Unfortunately, I don't remember everything about the sketch. What I do remember is "President Reagan" describing the state of the US economy. He was comparing it to a plate loaded with food. The president kept telling the person he was having a conference with to "mash it together" (which meant mash all the food items into a big hunk of "paste"). The "punchline" was the other person saying: "But Mr. President, that would be a mess". "President Reagan" replied: "That's right!"
The second one had Chuck in character "singing" an operatic version of the Willie Nelson song: "On the Road Again."
Can anybody identify the albums and/or have links to the sketches?
All help will be appreciated.
Thanks!
Cheers!
