Wish I didn't have to say that, but it's true. Tries too hard to be slick and "chi-chi" -- as with most Toronto productions -- and comes off phoney. This is the problem with so many Toronto productions. I don't know what's causing the problem (maybe that's what happens when you get 'fat' with provincial government subsidies??). As with most TV and movie material coming out of Toronto, this isn't worth watching.

it was an american show with american writers, actress, network and producers that filmed in toronto

That was a good show. I still watch it every weekday morning in reruns. I don't watch many reruns.
