Woah.... What an experience... Hypnotic movie... Beautifully shot... Psychologically intense... Disconcerting mood and atmosphere...

How is this not an iconic movie? ... it's that good... Go watch it so we can discuss in detail...

Ignore trailers, ratings and such...

I agree. I sed to work in a video store few years ago, and I had a "recommended" wall where I'd put up movies I thought deserved a watch, and people would just raid it every day. Stay found itself on that wall a few times.

Those recommended sections at videk stores were great... A nice way to give new types of movies a chance

Sure was, just watched it again after a long hiatus (15 years) and it's even better the second time.
