Does anyone know the name of the song played towards the end of the movie when Amy is sitting on the floor looking through the box of keepsakes from her mother? Thanks!

It's another eastmountainsouth song called "Too Soon"...cd is available on Amazon...it has both that song and "So Are You To Me" from the wedding.

Hi megski1...this is an old post and I can see that someone already answered your question. Eastmountainsouth did most of the music in the movie....that was them at the wedding actually singing their own song. I have their CD. Sadly, they're no long together and I think this was their only CD. I could be wrong. The song played at the end when Amy was on the ferry going to find Peter was "Time" by Chantal Kreviazuk.
