I have no idea how this film is going to be, but you have to have some pretty big balls to name your film Death of a Nation. Not only do you have big shoes to fill, but shoes that are controversy laden. Good luck though and congrats on the name

Sort of. The film is based on two characters, in which their inability to understand each other, or relate to each other's culture, leads to violence. An underlying theme in the film is how "Birth of a Nation" is perceived by today's audience, unlike yesteryears. I believe Birth of a Nation was technically amazing, and a forerunner of its time, but don't believe in its underlying and sometimes hidden political statements.
