He isn't credited on IMDB, but I thought he was a very impressive actor. Does anyone know who the actor behind the role is? I always find it intriguing seeing foreign actors in Asian cinema, as many of them are obscure names.

I noticed that too. I loved the guy. I really like it when two minorities are intertwined together in movies like this. Usually it's Caucasian and any of the various minorities. I thought the director did a good job here!
